Redheadrunningco supports runners of all levels with 12-16 week training programs for distances varying from 5k to 26.2. Expect nothing but full commitment to helping you prepare and perform your best in whatever distance you set out to conquer!

Services include personalized training schedule, 1v1 coaching, educational emails, open daily communication along with weekly check ins, private support group, and race preparation/nutritional guidance. Redheadrunningco will help you build endurance, improve speed, and achieve your running endeavors.

"I first started with Maddie because I wanted to become a better runner. I had no real goals but I had always wanted to run a 5K without stopping to walk. We set that as the goal and less than 2 weeks into training with her I realized that I needed a bigger challenge. Switching to a 10K sounded terrifying to me but I know we don’t grow if we don’t try things that scare us. I trusted Maddie’s coaching and by race day I was more than ready. I ran and crushed my goal time I wanted. None of that would have ever been possible without the amazing coaching and guidance from Maddie. "Maddie has changed my life since day one! I met maddie at OTF I was freshly postpartum and I was going through a mental battle. growing up, I was always the lazy child growing up. I was never an athlete, and I had no desire to work out, especially when it comes to running. Maddie has helped me believe that you can do anything that you put your mind to it. I decided to start running and my mental health started getting better but I knew that I needed the help of a professional in order to build up the endurance that I never had to start with. Maddie provided me with a training plan that helped build up my endurance and confident she always answered my questions no matter how small and checked up with me weekly to see how I was feeling. I truly think that she cares about her athletes and they are not just a client to her. She is so passionate about her work that it shows how much effort and love she puts into her training plans if you would have told me a year ago that in 2024 I will be running my first half marathon. I would die laughing not only did I run my first ever half marathon but my recovery was so good and I had no issues Recovering and I was back to running less than a week after my race. She is everything that you need in a coach and she is one of the toughest people I have ever met. She continues to inspire me every single day to do better. on my race day she showed up, hyped up all her athletes and was a ghost runner she helped Getting me through the last couple miles where I thought I was not gonna make it. I had the privilege of meeting Coach Maddie in high school, and from the start, her dedication to soccer and her relentless work ethic were inspiring. Even with a demanding job and school, she never missed the opportunity to cheer on her siblings and friends, showcasing her compassion and commitment.

5 years later, I reconnected with Maddie while training for the military, and she welcomed me back with open arms. She crafted a training schedule that addressed all my needs, from running to overall fitness. A couple of times a week, she checked in on my progress, and her timely adjustments made a huge difference, especially when my travel schedule got hectic.
